TODAY IS THE DAY! Join us at Basketball Senior Night, and purchase a small dessert or try to win a BIG dessert for Valentine's Day! All proceeds from this fundraiser will help the Technology Student Association (TSA) pay for their State Conference fees.
As we wrap up a very busy week here at SHS, we want to end it by giving a heartfelt note of appreciation to two wonderful women who make our world at SHS go around! We truly can not thank these ladies enough for their support and dedication to our students, staff, and school! So, if you see Mrs. Johnson or Mrs. Speer around town, give ‘em a shout out! They deserve all the kudos!!
SHS would like to congratulate senior Byron Shepard on his official signing with SNU! Byron has been recruited to play wide receiver at the university this upcoming fall. Congratulations Byron and family!!

SHS celebrated the 2023 Basketball Homecoming last Friday where Wyatt Dice and Holli Ladd were crowned our 2023 Homecoming King and Queen! Our Student Council worked hard for the past 2 weeks to put together a Chieftain Storybook and the gym was decked out for our festivities! Special thank you to SignGypsies Seminole for providing the beautiful indoor sign set up for both the court and commons area for photos!

Seminole PS will be closed again tomorrow (Thursday 02/02/23) due to forecasts of continued winter precipitation this evening and cold temps below freezing continuing through midday Thursday. Makeup will be a virtual learning day on Friday May 12. Maintenance crews plan to clear school parking lots, drives and sidewalks tomorrow in hopes of reopening on Friday.
Seminole Public Schools will be closed again tomorrow (Wednesday 02/01/23) due to forecasts of continued icy roads and extreme cold weather. Makeup will be virtual learning on Friday May 5.

Today is Homecoming! The pep assembly starts at 2:20 p.m. and the coronation is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., followed by boys and girls basketball games vs. Okemah!

Girls basketball takes on Stroud at 3 PM in the Third Place game and boys basketball faces Chandler at 7:30 PM in the 66 Conference Championship tonight in Okemah!
