Seminole High School cheer is headed to Jay, Oklahoma to compete in the OSSAA Gameday Regionals Competition tomorrow! Cheerleading is an incredibly demanding and challenging sport that requires a lot of dedication, hard work, and teamwork. The cheer team has put in a lot of time and effort to prepare for this competition, with daily 6 a.m. practice this week (in addition to all our gameday practices) - it's great to see them representing our school with such passion and enthusiasm.
Regardless of the outcome, they should be incredibly proud of themselves for making it this far and for being such fantastic ambassadors for Seminole High School. Keep up the excellent work, SHS Cheer, we're all rooting for you!

EXCITING news!!! For the first time in SHS history, one of our very own cheerleaders, Hana Gower, has made the all-state team!
To make the all-state team, a cheerleader must demonstrate exceptional skills in multiple categories, such as tumbling, stunting, jumping, having a spirited and loud voice, and strong motions. They must also display excellent teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. It takes years of practice, dedication, and hard work to achieve this level of success.
This achievement is not only a testament to Hana's cheerleading talent and hard work but also to the dedication and support of the entire cheer team, coaches, and community. Congratulations Hana, we are SO PROUD of you!
